Integrative counselling · Newtownabbey
A space to be heard.A space to heal.
Integrative counselling for adults in Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim — in person and online.
My approach
Therapy that meets you where you are
I work integratively, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches. This means your therapy is shaped around you — not a fixed method. Together we explore what feels right, moving at your pace, in a space that is genuinely non-judgmental.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), committed to the highest ethical standards of practice.
