The counselling room at Newtownabbey has been thoughtfully put together to feel like a sanctuary — somewhere you can exhale the moment you walk in. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a calm atmosphere create the conditions for real, honest conversation.
Whether you're coming for the first time or returning each week, this is a space that belongs to you for the duration of your session. There's no rush, no judgment — just a quiet room and someone who is fully present with you.
A safe space to be yourself
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and accepted — not judged, not rushed. Whether you come with something specific in mind or simply a sense that something isn't right, we'll find our way together at your pace.

How I work
I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are. Sessions are led by you — there's no agenda, no homework, and no pressure to talk about anything before you're ready.
I'm neurodivergent affirming and inner child informed, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, and more. If you're not sure whether counselling is right for you, I'm always happy to have an initial conversation.
Whenever you're ready
There's no pressure and no rush. This space will be here when the time feels right for you.
Not sure if we're the right fit? A free 15-minute call lets you ask questions and get a feel for how I work — no commitment needed.
